How can I place multiple choice boxes on the same line instead of in a column?

i know possible place multiple fields on same line, using drag , drop.

 

but save space, have 3 or 4 multiple choice boxes next each other on 1 line. 

 

is possible, , if so, how?

you may click on "+" button right of first multiple choice box add more in same line. when hover on button, tooltip says "insert item beside".
