Results from PDF2DTP have me stumped

i given form change , customize in pdf format, used markzware's pdf2dtp translate indesign , i'm not sure make of results of translation.

 

the form looks several tables. once translated, in tables (both text , boxes) act grouped together. when go object>ungroup, it's grayed out.

so thought, maybe translated indesign table. don't have experience tables in indesign, i'm pretty ignorant how edit them, checked table menu, , convert text table , convert table text both grayed out.

 

any thoughts might , how break apart can edit text , boxes separately?

maybe made of text boxes , picture boxes embedded in bigger text box? there easy way of breaking apart?

first need figure out is. i'd open layers panel , expand layers can see waht have when make selection.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
