Can't log-in to AI

i have cc subscription when open illustrator reason requires sign in , says 'license software' or 'take trial'. when click 'license software' requires me log in again. , asks me serial number, don't have because i'm subscription-based customer.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
