Modified CADAC template only displaying content in EDIT mode

has happened else? making change page using edit mode , after noticed none of content display on of pages or display randomly after multiple page refreshes. works in edit mode. spoke support told me must have modified css (which didn't), , edit mode generates code correctly separately regular mode , why works in edit mode. can recreate site wondering if there quicker way. did use "rollback" feature on page modified didn't fix it. have idea happened , if there quick fix?  thanks

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
