AS3 help input fields and button capture

i created web banner 3 input textfields , button. need the button capture input text , build onto url.

 

the ad needs build url using information put in form fields url similar to:

hello have openoffice draw, 3.2 think. how can make lower arc text? right if click on 'lower arc' while text highlighted word merely goes upside down , backwards. not business cards!!! do use fontwork gallery (icon @ bottom of ooo windows)? works fine me aoo 3.4.1 on quetzal. can upload here sample file?
