How do I recover my lost files?

greetings,

 

two days ago, in attempt clean computer, transferred of files external hard drive, including lr files document ending in, ".ircat".

 

when tried open lr yesterday, none of files appeared.  put file on computer (from external hard drive).  reopened lr , few of files showing (my recent import , random files).  however, majority of 5,000 files gone.  can see names of galleries,  color labels, , can see if i've edited photo or sent quick collection.  however, cannot see photo itself.  there question marks next folders empty.  there way files or did damage them in transfer?

right/ctrl click folders ? , follow instructions locate missing folder.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows

hi   i have problem set of plugins developing. have 20 different plugins. after apply 10th plugin, gives following error on windows (cs6):   after effects error:creating resource file "....aex" ( 3 :: 0 )   i can have many instances of same plugin once have total of 10 different error comes up   one thing being enabled in plugin flag: pf_outflag_keep_resource_open   is culprit?   thanks in advance donj More discussions in After Effects SDK adobe
