Thread: Sony Vaio - Fan almost always on, CPU 70C all the time, how to fix it?

i have sony vaio pcg-392m. video "geforce 8400m gt". use xbmc on of time.
the problem:
fan on of time. cpu stays 70c, gets hot minutes after pc turned on, temp never goes down, if machine idling.
updated nvidia drivers, installed sensors , powertop, cannont figure out causing instant load. here output of both:
