Full Screen Slideshow image sizing issue

hi all,

 

i creating full screen slideshow first time.

 

i have added slideshow deisgn mode , looks fine. however, once in preview or preview in browser mode image @ fullscreen seems zoomed in or cropped tighter.

the slideshow images set fill frame proportionally. have tried experimenting different settings, page sizes, changing margins, changing header/footer guides, different image sizes etc... no success.

 

i on 27-inch (2560 x 1440) imac.

 

help???

 

i have attached 2 images show mean. notice in preview mode how image appears tighter/cropped/magnified.

the image appears @ 100% resolution while browser doesn't seem tall enough accommodate areas being cropped.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows

hi   i have problem set of plugins developing. have 20 different plugins. after apply 10th plugin, gives following error on windows (cs6):   after effects error:creating resource file "....aex" ( 3 :: 0 )   i can have many instances of same plugin once have total of 10 different error comes up   one thing being enabled in plugin flag: pf_outflag_keep_resource_open   is culprit?   thanks in advance donj More discussions in After Effects SDK adobe
