Different outcomes of Adobe Air on GT-P5210

dear all,

 

we have our own app bult on flash , needs installation of adobe air on tablet. read posts 4.0 air not supporting p5210 x86 chip.

 

one of our clients purchased few 5210 , updated adobe air on 1 tablet in last december - reported our app not working giving him error -42 while installing adobe air. however, advised tablets still sitting version 3.9.0.138, our app still working fine. again checked module , android version , below reply:

the 1 difference adobe air version know.

 

my question is, tried him install previous adobe air version received error while installing. there way revert old version , satisfy him other tab 10 users?

hi,

 

i have same issue. there have been many posts around issue. why isn't adobe developper answering?

the email appears on google play store support airandroid@adobe.com doesn't work!!!

at least let know if fixed or alternative options:

- shall instead package runtime in .apk. in case, work once or apply publications in flash?

- or have downgrade android version in order install previous version of adobe air android? how do that?

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
