Converting video frames to layers error with Windows 8.1?

the above happens after click convert video frames layers , select video. i've tried 480p , 720p mp4 videos. have quicktime 7.7.4 installed, not sure going wrong!

i have windows 8.1 64-bit. amd-6300 , nvidia 760; not sure if that's relevant.

please help? in advance.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
