Can`t install CS4 Master Collection on Windows 8 (Japanese OS).

good day,

 

i studying overseas , left installation disks in us. unfortunately, computer gave out , needed buy new 1 on here in japan. it`s sony vaio equipped windows 8 , of course, runs in japanese.

 

when downloaded adobe free trial of cs4 , tried install it, received error centered around file 'winword.exe'. have serial number on hand , original installation disks home.

 

is error occurring due incompatibility windows 8 or because i'm using japanese os?

 

i'm lost without creative suite.

 

problem solved: word had failed close , still running in background. except adobe flash installed without issues. bottom line it's compatible windows 8 , japanese os seems.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
