Cannot convert files to word.

i cannot convert pdf word document. have opened both system , online account.

i select file , icon convert word. convert button not highlight me choose program convert to.

i signed in account, wants send pricing. help.

did error message while converting file pdf document.

also let me know adobe application or service using convert document.

also try divide word document 2 word document , try convert them pdf later can combine them. check if helps.
