Reactivation of the serial after HDD-crash

i had hdd crash. reinstalled cs4 master collection dvd's. problem serial not working anylonger.

i think because not able deactivate . it's same macbook. data lost. how can new serial or can adobe deactivate serial can have premiere cs4 way before-

 

can me guys?

i read couple of times have 2 activations software. strange because used on macbook. , activation not possible longer because serial not correct. is correct because it's serial can see when i'm checking products on adobe website. please guys !!!

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
