PSE12 Licensed copy says it is trial copy

i have installed , used licesnsed / registered copy of pse12 few weeks (< month).

had reinstall pse12 after having go previous (windows vista) restore point, due other software problem (which sorted)

after re-intalling pse 12 (repeatedly) refuses open , says

"adobe.photoshop.elements 12   trial has expired    buy now"

what do now?

does give option enter serial number?  should re-activate it.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
