Creative cloud wont connect to internet
when open creative cloud comes warning triangle , under it stands "no internet connection" buttons under saying "try again" , "continue offline". same page coming when click try again , when click continue offline comes warning triangle , under it stands "error downloading" , under again says "can not contact adobe servers. control network access , firewall settings , try again" , in bottom red line "no internet connection" on it.
i've been in line chat in around hour , window lost connection or please answer today.
i have full internet connection, why keep coming up?
and i'm using windows 7.
