Serial Number Issue

    currectly installing acrobat professional xi student , teacher edition mac (purchased on amazon.com) , @ step asks serial number. entered product key provied me after purchase , did not work.i tried locate specific serial number not successfull. have suggestions may me complete installation?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
