New password won't work

-

like subject said. forgot it, reset it, doesn't work.  can't download epub content overdrive media console without authorization adobe. spent last 2 hours trying library book onto tablet. how fix it?

some adobe drm software not tolerate special characters in passwords,

even though adobe let create such password , use in places.

try weaker password (with adobe's famed security no less secure stronger one).
