Brush opacity lower

my brush seems @ around 20% opacity although settings set 100% , normal. didn't change anything. worked fine earlier , isn't. else working should. tried reset brushes , didn't work. restarted program , laptop , neither worked. don't want uninstall , reinstall if @ possible.

suggest reset preferences.

 

in pse.v12 in editor>go edit menu>preferences:

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
