unknown software exeption of AcroR32.exe: 0xc0000409

hello,

 

i tried transform docs file (word 2010) pdf-document. procedure has been terminated error message: unknown software exeption (0x0000409) in application @ 0x00349e90.

 

i have done transformation numerous times before , im never had problem.

 

i running 64 bit version of windows 7

 

proposals welcome!

how did try conversion: using acrobat, or adobe pdf pack service?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
