Lost subscriptions

why when adobe pulled export pdf service 3 months before subscription up, did adobe advise me find no trace of subscription (even though service had been provided 9 months of year) , suggested may have been subject of fraudulant action, reminding me subscription automatically renewed next month!!!! who's being fraudulent here?

pretty bizarre, check closely email address sent to. maybe somehow ended 2 logins. know, i've done myself.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
