How do I deactivate Photoshop Elements on 2 computers that don't work?

i installed photoshop elements on 2 computers no longer work.  how deactivate them can install software on new computer?

both computers gone busted @ same time?  asked question prepared answer.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
