How can I stop Pn 9 (Presenter) from freezing MS PPT 2013?

this first presenter.  if leave add-in in, freezes ppt, won't open.

welcome adobe support,

 

could confirm works when unplug lan cable or disconnect machine internet. if works , suggest white list these url's on proxy server of department.

if in case facing issue home machine. try uninstall , reinstall adobe presenter , run powerpoint admin. powerpoint icon, right click on , select properties go compatibility ,under privilege level check run program administrator.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
