Can another Muse user upload site to my BC account?

i have buddy working of website for 1 of client.

 

would able publish work in muse on bc account,

 

since hiring him site me , hosting it?

the 1 publishing site should have muse installed in system (to able publish muse bc), , should added bc site admin (to able publish site). if not added site admin, can't publish site.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
