what happend? adobe customer since october 2013 , git message have new membership starting now. , pay twice??? can me? lot!

i did check order history. found had purchased creative cloud individual on november 5th 2013,

 

you being charged every 5th of month.

 

incase there other order number associated , mail me privately. request check bank double payment.

 

under e-mail address given here , there 1 order, 1 charge.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
