Illustrator won't launch; error 148:3

i'm getting licensing error on product i've owned years. after buying creative cloud , trying install update. now, neither illustrator or cc update. ideas?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

hello have openoffice draw, 3.2 think. how can make lower arc text? right if click on 'lower arc' while text highlighted word merely goes upside down , backwards. not business cards!!! do use fontwork gallery (icon @ bottom of ooo windows)? works fine me aoo 3.4.1 on quetzal. can upload here sample file?
