Creative Cloud App is an empty window.

i upgraded single-app license illustrator full creative cloud suite.   downloaded , ran creative cloud app, , have empty window....  please help.

1.  quit app (from task bar) , relaunch.  if fails:

 

 

 

2.  remove opm.db file , relogin creative cloud desktop application using adobe id tied subscription.

 

    mac os: can locate opm.db file in \user\<user name>\library\application support\adobe\oobe folder. access hidden user library folder, see access hidden user library files | mac os 10.7 lion.

    windows: can locate opm.db file in \users\<user name>\appdata\local\adobe\oobe folder.  view hidden appdata folder, see show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | windows xp, vista, windows 7.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
