in elements versions, can perform batch edits few changes: it's in menu 'file / process multiple files'.

sharpen possible, altering colour not.

there affordable , powerful add-on lets create scripts purpose:

otherwise, if shooting raw , using acr module in pse6, might see if common edits want feasible in acr. can edit 1 picture, use 'last conversion' setting next file. (you can open jpegs in acr...)

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
