When I sign into CC it signs me out. Cannot start programs.

i went through 90 minutes of tech supprt couple of nights ago , got download. morning open photoshop. fine. try open ae. nope. ai. nope. closed ps , tried open. nope.

 

i cannot stand this. 2 days late in starting client project. 2 days ago tech support. half of yesterday downloading , installing. not work?  want reliable product not half *** hack job. suppose total uninstall of cs6? if why not informed?  other problems there? 

 

anyone have solution?

 

windows 7-64 ultimate

sabertooth 67 mobo i7 2600k 32gb ram  oc 4.4ghz, nvidia quadro fx 4800 card

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
