No internet connection???

i able download extension manager app, go page page on site, find forums, exchange app says i'm  "not connected internet" have connection. whassup that? i'm using mac pro, 32gb ram, 3.2 ghz quadcore intel xeon, photoshop cs6. in advance!

on mac:

/users/<username>/library/preferences/adobe/exchange/adobeexchange.log

 

[on windows:

c:\users\<username>\appdata\roaming\adobe\exchange\adobeexchange.log]

 

we'll our best bottom of can.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
