Make objects with gradient into a stroke style for frames

hi guys,

 

i need frame of image below stroke style (or @ least prefer above having copy-paste elements of sides 100 times along frame in design )

 

the thing is: contains gradients. how frame stroke style can use in illustrator?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
