Change Angle of Turbulent Displace

i'm working on animating water using tubulent displace. works great, except i'd waves run @ 30 degrees instead of horizontally across comp. i'm sure it's easy, i'm new, , googling "rotate effect in after effects" doesn't turn useful. insight great.

effects --> distort --> transform

 

and may need pre-compose stuff.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
