Thread: Install Faenza Icon Theme

how install new icon themes xfce? in particle, thinking faenza icons.

the faenza icon theme has ppa - https://launchpad.net/~tiheum/+archive/equinox.

install, terminal window, run following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox  sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-theme

as general icon installation procedures, extract icon packages to:
~/.icons -> individual user use (create folder if doesn't exist)
/usr/share/icons -> system-wide use (required sudo)
