Can not use Illustrator

i have been paying illustrator since september 2013. money has gone out of account £17.58 have no serial number. account shows not registered anything.

please help.

there no serial numbers clou-based subscriptions. refer this:

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
