new user, old developer.  test project.   i installed v7.2 patch morning.  screen image below muse work area.  @ crappy red boat in page header , translucent shadow image of crappy red boat on right hand panels near bottom edge.    shadow image stays when muse minimized , shows on top of whatever else running.   shadow image disappears when muse closed.  there have been other goofy problems, too.  mouse down on object 1 highlighting object 2.   windows 7, plenty of space , horsepower.   also, new widgets promised 7.2 update (like spinning accordian panel) not show.  not sure of this.  update installed without messages.   looking @ how report bug, muse not listed in software 1 can report bug. hi, have serious raid problem here. i'm running here raid-5/lvm configuration consisting of 3 physical harddrives of 2tb each. each drive has 8 partitions of 250gigs. last partition has less because 2tb/8 less 250gig compensated here. raid first 7 sets of partitions (sdax,sdbx , sdcx) configured raid5 providing 500gigs per set. 8th set configured raid1 fault tolerance. lvm lvm configuration combines 7 raids 1 logical volume. chose setup minimize recovery time if 1 raid set has problems , needs recovery. system lucid (10.4 lts) server installation. here's problem time 1 drive behaving little bit strange , failing on startup of system. restart fixed until now. means raid has regenerate sets or whole raid. yesterdays fail caused full regeneration on 7 raids. takes 1 night , system again. output of more /proc/mdstat this code: personalities : [linear] [multipath] [raid0] [raid1] [raid6] [raid5] [raid4] [raid10] md0 : ...

you know why signed forum?   specifically tell stop auto-checking mcafee box me when updating flash. wasting time.   with frequency @ flash player updated, annoying mcafee option single-handedly starting make me hate adobe. shiny new template presents "optional" install. make me more upset if 1 time forgot uncheck box, thankfully hasn't happened yet.   can please remember selection don't need uncheck every time? use full offline installers nothing bundled. flash player activex (internet explorer) flash player plug-in (all other browsers) they're more stable "downloader/installer" anyway.   bookmark those. don't change when version updated. hi, began when installed skype on computer. have kubuntu 12.04 on computer. when talked on skype, voices blurry echo. after checking around, reading support, found out pulseaudio problem. uninstalled it. after reboot, system recommended me remove pulseaudio - , ata drivers, did nothing this, opened sound settings. time noticed skype worked well. next time again, again asked remove same drivers, , thougth, ok, since system says doesn't need them, ok. after this, microphone didn't work. decided reinstall pulseaudio since microphone worked before removed these files. there no sound @ all. uninstalled pulseaudio again, still no sound @ all. guess sound drivers , pretty messed now. there way restore before? or have re-install kubuntu? hi,   has else had problem of kindle fire hd orientation being upside down when auto orientation turned on landscape? there anyway fix it? yes. also, original kindle fire had same issue, different reason. there various works arounds issue, of have serious possible side effects. here’s description of general problem:   if user holds kindle fire correct way (either usb connector right if there no camera, or camera @ top or left if there camera), works ok.   if user holding other way (by way, i’m describing landscape here), on original kindle fire may work, on new ones upside down.   if fix that, app correct, if user turns device @ all, app becomes upside down, , remains way until force quit.   so, after lot of attempted fixes way found make predictable turn off auto rotation , work around initial incorrectness.   now, because original kindle fire has opposite issue later ones, have work around issues in opposite way. means finding way detect old...
