when prompted web page print pdf message , black screen:   there problem adobe acrobat/reader. if running, please exit , try again. (1:9)   running acrobat pro 11 on mac os. any appreciated. thanks, jim if have not done updates acrobat may issue (like running 11.0.0?). suggest 2 steps should able done menu -- 1) repair , 2) updates. maybe resolve issues. i upgraded 12.04 12.10. thing though, previous install 32 bit, while downloaded 64 bit 12.10. anyway, installed , predicted, compatibility issues a-plenty. after re-installing awesomewm , gnome , configuring again, noticed notifications don't show. happens: it's same thing empathy chats well. in 12.04, used sweet chat notification option reply on it. your screenshots didn't come through. can try again? i'm having issues message tray , notifications , wondering if it's same problem you're having. ok problem having photoshop crashing,   i read on bit , people saying graphics processor settings.   i looked @ setting , can't select on it.   i went further figuring our , figured out intel hd 4000 graphics (onboard) taking priority on amd radeon hd 7750.   i uninstalled drivers intel graphics , able mess graphics processor settings problem have 2 monitors , have 1 monitor plugged in using onboard graphics , 1 using radeon.   i want able use photoshop radeon , not intel graphics.   if can me or if can try explain better ask.   thank have nice day . hello, have couple of questions related unit testing. i'm sorry if not right place ask this, not sure else ask. these questions. 1)why unit testing framework(i'm using cunit) need have such complex architecture of 1 registry has multiple suites, 1 suite has multiple tests. finally, comes down test functions, correct ? so, why can't have simple architecture test functions execute 1 after other ? someone asked me question , told him it's multiple developers can work simultaneously, each 1 writing tests in separate suite , collaborate. wasn't convinced , asked, if that's case, why have multiple registries ? 2)why need have many types of assertions. please refer http://cunit.sourceforge.net/doc/wri...tml#assertions . sorry again asking question particular framework, question is, can't code: cu_assert(int expression) same job other assertions given right "expression" ? 3)because, can't answer these questions...

bueno, visto varios foros en español, así que lo haré de esa forma para no tener que traducir todo. el problema es como sigue: instalé ubuntu 12.04 en una netbook y no arranca menos que ponga el parámetro nomodeset en el grub; no se queda en la temida pantalla negra ni nada de eso, parece que arrancará, pero jamás aparece el logo de ubuntu ni el login. instado por poner nomodeset por defecto, pero sólo puedo usar ubuntu en 2d; no puedo configurar unity. ¿qué debo o puedo hacer? les dejo las especificaciones de la netbook: memoria: 990,6 mib procesador intel atom cpu n450 @ 1.66ghz x 2 gráficos vesa: intel(r)pineview graphics tipo de 32-bit disco 156,5 gb espero alguien pueda ayudarme. muchas gracias de antemano!
