tilt shift lens effect ?

how approximate effect of tilt shift lens using photoshop ?

any suggestions appreciated.

there's filter these effects included since ps cs 6

if dont want use these filters theres workaround. (cs 6)

- duplicate backgroundlayer or layer on want apply effect.

(convert smart-object, if want adjust strength of filter @ time)

- go 'filters' -> 'blur' --> 'gaussian blur'

set filter amount works fine you.

- after hit ok whole image blurry.

- create new layer-mask blurry layer.

- select gradient tool (shortcut 'g' or 'shift+g' on keyobard)

make sure have mask selected. (white border around miniature of layer-mask)

- set gradient style on 'reflective' , draw gradient on mask.
