Why can't I reinstall Adobe Design Std CS6 on my new Windows 8.1 computer.

i trying reinstall adobe design std cs6 on new windows 8.1 computer purchased adobe store , not working. know why?

i too, have had problem , no adobe customer service reps have replied!

 

the cs6 versions of lot of adobe software, "mysteriously" not being enabled update, via online cc, name mannner of delivery.

 

if live in state of california, suggest hat file complaint, online form, ca state attorney general's office, citing breach of contract, outlined when purchased software.

that office send formal inquiry/complaint , ask resolution.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
