Thread: Xscreensaver won't load images from RSS

i using xscreensaver screensaver program, , wanted use slideshow ones display random rage comics.

now, have set (sorry there's no screenshot, more on in minute):

advanced>image manipulation:

[x] choose random image:
[http://imgur.com//r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu/rss/]{browse}
local directory, or rss feed url.

but changes (it changes can't screenshot of original):

[x] choose random image:
[http:/imgur.com/r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu/rss]{browse}
local directory, or rss feed url.

it thinks it's faulty local filename, , gives me appropriate error box:

warning:

directory not exist: "http:/imgur.com/r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu/rss"

same problem here - resolution?
