BUG or Feature? Width & Height in Top Bar only in %, not in Pixel no Chance to change this

--- first: please, im sorry bad spelling - english not native language! hope u can understand, mean. if sounds bad or yelling - not intention! ---

 

my question:

 

if strg+t layer (ie. image or shape) in previous version have width & height in top bar , can read or change when typing new value in. right mouse (win) can change % in px or em etc.

in photoshop cc 14.2 have % , cant change this.

 

if try read dimension can see on info-panel.

 

its confusing. bug or feature?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
