Content Management Structure

hi everyone,

this year employees @ company training, marketing, , sales organize images, text , other reference material in 1 place, used reference documents created within company. i'd started learning as possible how correctly. have questions:

  1. does know of learning materials, such books or online courses, address content management?
  2. can snippets saved , shared, such in bridge?
  3. can images stored online placed in indesign? these images update in indesign when changed online?
  4. will text placed, formatted, retain formatting if original document edited , updated?

 

any other information, guidance, or lessons learned appreciated!

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
