Email recipients not able to Log in and No Submissions recieved

i have set 2 forms , designated several users recieve email notificatiions including myself.

the notifications come inbox fine

other users not recieving notifications of submitted forms.

in addition when add new email account recieve notificatioin , link log in there no way log in because don't have established password.

if click on link re-establish password...they never/ever recieve email link reset password.

 

so in end none of email recipients recieving email notificatiions.

addendum

i have spam/email filters (postini).

i have checked administrative settings, looked in quarantine , junk filters lists

even added adobe.com , formscentral..... white lists

nothing did has changed situation.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
