How do I access missing fonts that are actually in the Fonts folder?

we set new computer , moved fonts it. however, when try access files, told fonts missing. in case, missing fonts arial narrow bold, italic , bold italic.

i tried reinstall fonts , told installed. when looked in fonts folder in windows, fonts there, under arial (along arial black fonts), when try use 1 of them in indesign cs6, have choice of:

arial: arial narrow, arial bold, arial italic, arial bold italic

 

i tried pull them out of "arial" group create new "arial narrow" group, computer wouldn't let me that.

 

how can access arial narrow fonts in bold , italic versions?

this known issue versions of arial narrow.  search forum arail narrow , i'm pretty sure you'll find old discussions.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
