All CS6 applications ask for a new serial (after 13months)

hi there,

 

all of sudden cs6 applications (web , design) open ask me enter serial number. when fill in serial tell me invalid. suite activated trial version, end in 30 days.

i bought , installed suite in december 2012 via university work , checked license came suite. license tells me obtained lifelong license. serial number still on 'my adobe' account registered 1 of products.

(at least not tell me serial number no longer valid, however, i'm not  sure if 1 can see on 'my adobe' if license no longer valid).

 

maybe trivial add: when 'account password hack thing' happened changed password same day received mail adobe.

 

therefore don't have clue why license should no longer valid.

does know how can happen , how can solve problem?

you need reinitialize activation , delete old keys in skstore , pcd folders.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
