How do I change/keyframe the text?

i want able make new text layer, , able keyframe text words change time. example, want have number, 400, , want number change every second, ie (400, 401, 402) etc. how keyframe content of text layer?

you'll need create different title each number -- lot of work!

 

although there third-party solutions in thread may help.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
