Why can't I buy LR5?

i live in au, downloaded trial, loved working software... , cannot buy it!  not it.

 

first off, painful trying through website point go through checkout process.

 

then, after checkout process, , taking credit card details, told 'we review on next working day' - seriously? decade in here?

 

and email:

unfortunately unable approve order in adobe store.

if have questions, please contact our customer service department:

 

of course have questions. how 'why'?  stupid.

 

it near xmas, mean not able use lr again (by getting licence) until next year?

 

if can't buy soon, i'll move on apperture.

no real point asking here - user-to-user forum. you'll need sort out directly adobe.
