photoshop element 12 catalogue

i have error showing , need fix problem:

 

error said:   request operatoin not completed because catalogue locked process.

 

please, help  , not have other catalogue open.

which operation can't run? os , os version ?

things try in following order:

- check if have file still open in editor

- re-try editor shut down

- closing organizer , restarting

- re-booting computer

 

if not work, we'll have check if background process autoanalyzer, watched folders or automatic reconnecting reason of message.
