do i need bridge cc to upgrade camera raw?

i bought laptop w8.1 64bit

 

i installed photoshop cc , 64bit only

 

i updated 14.2 guess it's last version

 

but when open raw file 5d mark3 , don't see camera raw 8.3

 

to update camera raw lens profiles , camera dng profile need bridge cc ?

hello have openoffice draw, 3.2 think. how can make lower arc text? right if click on 'lower arc' while text highlighted word merely goes upside down , backwards. not business cards!!! do use fontwork gallery (icon @ bottom of ooo windows)? works fine me aoo 3.4.1 on quetzal. can upload here sample file?
