Uninstall CS5.5

i have installed cs6 on macintosh. 

 

but cannot uninstall , delete cs5.5.  have deactivated cs5.5.  have followed adobe instructions deinstall.  error message. restarted computer.  ran unistaller again.  same error message.  ran creative suite cleaner.  empty dialog box. ie.  there are no installations found on computer. 

 

the live chat confirmed , sent me here.

 

i need rid of cs5.5 free space on computer!

 

what next?

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
