Ghosting from top and bottom of the workspace edges when moving around workspace?

when move around workspace dark grey transparent bars appear ghosting top , bottom of workspace. if move go off screen disappear more made move around. tried restarting illustrator , laptop, have newest version of illustrator cc.

 

 

*update - appears happen in 1 file, when image i'm drawing on put on lower opacity. if have opaque there's no weird line ghosting, make more transparent lines start appearing.

i having same problem. opened different file, , can see ghost images previous file had opened. it's faint, it's still there on workspace area.  heck that??????

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
