Exporting HD in an SD format question.

hello everyone,

 

i working shooting in 1080i (60i fps) on canon vixia hf s100.  has chance air content in hd overseas right airing on manhattan cable access(mnn). mnn requires aired on channels in sd (720x480), 29.975 fps, , in mp4, mov, or wma.  question best way work footage.  should ...

 

1) create hd seqence in accordance raw footage, during export create sd version mnn? or

2) create sd sequence in line mnn asks , re scale footage match that, export using sequence settings?

 

 

or there option in working don't know about?  tried #1 , felt that  image became pixelated.  hd version use in other mediums.  appreciate input can get, not sure best way go.

jay, record in hd, import hd timeline , export (in case) mpeg2-dvd widescreen preset.   chose mp4 on mov or wmv.  have never seen pixeiization

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
